Sketches Series - 01

This is the first post of a series of sketches. I'll separate into a few posts as they relate to different events or themes.

These first sketches were made on september 2015 during the European Heritage Day at St-Quentin Fallavier where the event was animated by Cessez le feu as well as Compagnie Excalibur. You can first see St-Quentin Fallavier's casle keep and then two sketches from the medieval fortified farm house located about half a kilometer from the castle.

 I recently worked with Laurence Viollet on screen prints around a lovecraft theme for the Necronomi'con, held in Lyon a few weeks ago. 

The first photo is the final result and I added there a few more sketches we made for this event.

Tearing Skies

Hi all,

Here are some concepts I did for a videogame project. Nothing much defined yet, but it involves huge towers in a fantasy world as you can witness below.

Living Model

 It's been a few years since my previous live nude drawing/painting session. Here is the last one I did, just a few weeks ago. Two hours of short (1 to 10 minutes) poses.

I really felt rusty on that, but it acted as a very good antioxidant.

Going medieval

I've been involved in a 11th century reconstitution association recently. Here are some sketches I did the last couple of weeks during my spare time in that particular context.

Some sketches were done with nut husks and a brush a friend made for fun with her own hair. It was surprisingly efficient.The others with good old ball-points.
